Volunteers play a crucial role at the Center of Hope Soup Kitchen, assisting in setting up and preparing meals for both shelter clients and our community soup kitchen. During dinner service, volunteers warmly greet clients, distribute meals, and assist with cleaning up afterward. 

Volunteer Requirements:  Volunteers must be 13 or older. An adult must accompany volunteers under 18. If you have a group larger than 5 people who would like to serve, please contact Nanette Hayes at nanette.hayes@uss.salvationarmy.org. 
Where To Sign In:  Volunteers should ring the bell at the front entrance to sign in for their shift, Monday through Friday. If you arrive after 4:15 pm, please ring the bell at the side entrance. On Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, please ring the bell at the side entrance instead of the front entrance.
